Enjoy! by Brussels Airlines Introduction
The Enjoy! website or app is an official loyalty program created by BRU airport. The program allows you to earn so called “Hearts”, which are a form of points that can be used to exchange rewards. The hearts can be used to exchange for:
- Fast Lane Passes
- Diamond Lounge Passes
- bTags, an RFID tag that allows real-time tracking of your luggage at Brussels Airport
The loyalty scheme is fairly new and therefore the application and website are in some ways limited. According to the program you use your Hearts for online shopping when flying from or to Brussels Airport but there seems no functionality at the moment for that.
There are three status levels which are Red, Silver and Gold.
- Enjoy Red is the standard tier you’ll get upon registration.
- Enjoy Silver is assigned when you’ll earn a total of 200 or more Hearts within a year.
- Enjoy Gold is a paid subscription for €310 which includes 10 Fast Lane passes, 10 Lounge passes and 3 bTags.

How to earn Hearts with Enjoy! by Brussels Airports
You can earn Hearts very easily:
- Register and earn free Welcome bonus of 50 Hearts
- Perform the initial surveys to earn 75 Hearts
- Register your flight and thus your boarding pass to earn 25 Hearts each time at Brussels Airport
- Every 4th flight, you’ll earn 125 Hearts instead of 25 Hearts!
- As a Red member, you’ll earn 1 Heart per €2 spend on the online shops, as a Silver or Gold member, you’ll earn 1 heart per €1 spend.
Redeem Hearts for Free Airport Lounge Access at Brussels Airport
After four flights including your survey points and welcome bonus you can redeem your free Airport Lounge Access at Brussels Airport! The lounge pass gives you access to the Diamond Lounge at A Pier or The View Lounge at B Pier. Continue to register your flights from Brussels Airport to keep earning Hearts.
